Your voucher's value is based on the amount paid at the time of purchase. If the value of your voucher does not cover the full cost of a more expensive experience, you’ll need to pay the difference.
If your chosen experience costs less than that set out in your original voucher, the price difference will be issued to you as credit to be used against future purchases up until the end of the validity period of your original voucher. This credit voucher will carry the same expiry date as your original voucher, is non-refundable, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be used towards an administration fee.
