Our multi-choice vouchers can be used to select an experience that we offer at the value you purchased the voucher for.
You need to login with your voucher, and select an experience against which you would like you to redeem the voucher. Any experiences covered by the value of the voucher will be shown as “Included in Voucher” but during this selection process you will also have the option of upgrading to a more expensive experience by paying the difference as an upgrade payment. Any upgrade amounts are clearly shown.
Once you have completed your selection and transfer, you will receive an email confirming the new selection upon which your voucher can be redeemed against. Vouchers carry a unique serial number so this will remain unchanged when you make a new selection, however, you will receive a new pin code.
You can change your mind about an experience and select a new one up to 3 times unless you have already made a booking.
Once you have selected a different experience, you will need to log out of the Voucher portal completely and log back in again before the updated details will be shown.
