Once an e-voucher has been ordered, we’re unable to convert it to a postal voucher. However, there’s a way to get a physical copy if needed.
Visit here and click on ‘Select a New Experience.’
Enter the product code of your chosen experience in the search bar to locate it.
Reorder the experience, choosing the postal delivery option during checkout. Please note that a postage and packaging fee will apply.
