Can I Amend My Booking?
Amendments are subject to availability and the terms set by the experience partner. Some experiences may be non-changeable, while others may allow modifications for an additional fee. The ability to make changes depends on the partner’s policy.
How to Request an Amendment
If you need to amend your booking, our customer service team is happy to help. Simply click on the conversation icon in the bottom right-hand corner to start a chat with us.
To process your request, we will need:
Your booking reference or voucher code
Your current booking details (date, time, and location)
Your preferred new date or any requested changes
Once we have this information, our team will check whether your booking can be amended and inform you of any fees or restrictions that may apply. Please keep in mind that some amendments may incur additional charges, and certain bookings may not be changeable.
