If you purchased your Giftbox from a retail store, it should have been activated at the till point. If this hasn't been done, it means that you cannot yet use your voucher.
We may be able to activate Giftbox on our system, we will require proof of purchase to do so - This is to avoid vouchers being used fraudulently.
What to do?
Please get in touch with us and include the voucher reference and include any proof of purchase you have.
If you are the recipient, we recommend for you to advise the purchaser to contact us themselves, with the relevant information in order to get your Giftbox activated.
If your Giftbox wasn't purchased in store, please contact us providing the voucher reference and details of when and where it was purchased.
