All booking confirmations are sent from the experience provider directly and unfortunately they don’t let us have a copy of these! To get your confirmation resent to you please contact the partner you booked with and they will be happy to resend this to you.
If you don’t have their contact details anymore you can find them by logging in to Red Letter Days - Activate your voucher using your voucher reference details.
