Getting a replacement voucher is not a problem if you’ve lost yours.
Firstly - check your Order Confirmation email if you have it - we include an eVoucher in every order confirmation, unless you chose to send the e-voucher directly to the recipient, so you can download a copy.
If you don't have the confirmation email, please contact us ensuring that you can provide the full name and email address of the person who purchased the voucher. We can arrange for a free replacement voucher to be emailed straight to you for you to print out.
Alternatively, if you'd like a new voucher posted to you, we can do this too.
We can only locate the voucher details if it was purchased from our website and you can provide us with the original purchasers information or if you are listed as the original recipient.
